The new sculpture of Cristiano Ronaldo has been hailed for actually looking like the Real Madrid striker after the first one failed to look like him....
The first bronze sculpture which was made by artist Emanuel Santos to mark the renaming of an airport in their native island of Madeira, Portugal – was mocked all over the world for looking different.
This new bust was created by Spanish sculptor Jose Antonio Navarro Arteaga… His work received the thumbs-up as it emerged Jose was spurred into action by his Real Madrid fan son, who begged him to do a “nice” version of Cristiano after seeing the sculpture at Madeira’s international airport.
