Anambra begins exportation of vegetables and fishes to USA (photo)

Talk about state's that are doing well talk about Anambra state.

This photo shows vegetables and fish being exported directly to the United States of America and the European Union directly from Anambra state.

The vegetables include Ugu, Green, Bitterleaf, Okro and Avocado pear. We gather that about $5million worth of vegetables have been exported for the past 6 months.

Nigeria’s heavy dependence on the oil industry for its budgetary revenue is gradually coming to cross roads where the nation has to make a drastic decision on diversification. The Anambra state Governor, Willie Obiano believes that if the agricultural sector is properly harnessed, managed and enhanced, it would greatly boost the state and country’s gross domestic product and even replace oil on the top of the list.
