The digital Dean of Student affairs
Imo state University, Prof. Martins Uchenna, has disclosed the launch a new portal
aimed at lodging complaints, observations and suggestions directly to him.
The initiative is aimed at enforcing
service delivery between the university and its students for mutual progress. All
correspondence and complaints emanating from the student quarters should be
sent as a mail to deanstudentaffairs@imsu.edu.ng as immediate response would be given to
it.
This portal will handle the entire spectrum of
complaints and inquiries including admissions, general facilities,
infrastructure, books, fees ETC. The identity of the complainant would be kept
confidential, Prof. Martins clarified.
