When ever you fill like being controlled by the spirit of lost, do not panic.
If your cause for the lost is caused by your opposite sex or same sex, it is either you work away or you command the person to work away(if possible with annoyance because it is a demonic spirit operating in that person and if the demon noticed that you have found out, such spirit will obey you and leave).
Do not stand and say, I will not, I will not, I will not. That's not a decision nor command, you might fall to it.
You must also add prayers and read your Bible to subdue that evil spirit because that spirit wouldn't allow to reason the consequences after which a sin will be done thereafter.
The consequences after falling to the spirit of lost is unbearable.
It would be better for you to overcome, it and rejoice later on because happiness cometh after overcoming temptations.
