School children from Rochas Foundation College of Africa on Friday 29th September welcomed the President Federal Republic of Ghana President Nana Akufor Addo, former  president  of Nigeria Olusagun Obasanjo, Minister of Foreign affairs representing the Vice President, Governors, Ministers, Traditional rulers among others to Owerri, Imo state capital to mark the graduation ceremony of rochas foundation students alongside the 55th birthday of Governor Rochas Okorocha, Imsu Elijah (www.elitism6.com) discovered.

Rochas Foundation College of Africa is a newly established School situated in owerri to provide free and quality education to over two hundred and fifty children from over 55 African countries championed by the philanthropist of global dimension and governor of the state, Rochas Okorocha.
