The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra
(IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has said elections would be
boycotted in the five South East States. He said the
Anambra State governorship election which will hold
on November 18 would serve as litmus test if the
Nigerian government fails to conduct a referendum
for the actualization of Biafra.
A video seen on You Tube showed Kanu speaking to
a crowd of protesters in his father's compound in
Abia State.
